Valve Flow Elements

The valve flow elements are used to start or stop the helium flow, and comprise:

11		Valve poppet with stainless steel ball and ball retainer and bushes.
12		Valve seat assembly with polymeric calotte seal and cup springs.
13		Upstream and downstream filter.
14		Downstream housing.
