A review of the diverse range of spacecraft propulsion system designed, developed and produced at the Lampoldshausen Propulsion Centre. Core competencies are in the fields of ion, cold gas, monopropellant and bipropellant thrusters and complete propulsion systems ranging from 0.02 N to 500 N thrust. Hot-Fire testing of thrusters, propulsion systems and rocket engines is also carried out at the Lampoldshausen Centre, which is co-located with the ESA test facility at the German Aerospace Centre (DLR). The Showcase features a few examples of past, present and future propulsion systems covering orbital propulsion, automated logistics vehicle propulsion, interplanetary and deep space propulsion, re-entry vehicle propulsion, launch vehicle and upper stage AOCS propulsion.
