ESA P3 Extension

An extension of the P2 and P3 facility is planned to provide for combination
earth/space storable propellants including "green propellants",
LOX / hydrocarbons, LOX alcohol etc
Typical Activities
- Thrust chamber / engine development tests from 1 kN to 1500 kN thrust.
- LOX turbopump tests for Vulcain 3 with:
- hot-gas drive conditioning (test run duration: 160 sec.)
- cold-gas drive conditioning (test run duration: 400 sec.)
